Apsiyon has been updated so that you can have a more comfortable experience and use Apsiyon more efficiently. Apsiyon now provides service with its renewed version, infrastructure and interface. There are 2 packages in this version, introduced as v2: Apsiyon Blue ve Apsiyon Black. So, what awaits users in these packages? Let's examine together what has changed. 

Advantages of Apsiyon Blue and Apsiyon Black 

• Apsiyon v2 runs 35% faster than v1. 

• With easier and more diverse search and filtering features, it is possible to show, hide and sort the boxes on the Summary screen. 

• Cash boxes on the Summary screen are grouped by currency type. 

• Related information in the forms is grouped and displayed in a simpler way by separating them into tabs. At the same time, since forms can be opened on the right side depending on the screen size, the display of data in the table becomes continuous. 

• The Transaction History section appears as a new tab next to the Notes field at the bottom of all forms. Changes made to the forms are recorded in detail. 

• People are scored according to their financial transactions and risk calculations are made. 

• Payment scoring is done by comparing the average of payments on the site with the average of payments of other sites. 

• Thanks to advanced data tables, documents are sorted from newest to oldest and transfer is made between creditor categories and debtor categories. Only overdue documents are filtered and bars indicating that documents match are fixed. 

• On the bank transactions page, documents are created for automatically approved payments for current accounts and quick registration processes are carried out. 

• Thanks to artificial intelligence, the cash registers integrated with learnable bank integrations are grouped at the top, incoming / outgoing movements can be filtered, multiple documents can be created by dividing the payment amount and additional explanations can be written. 

• With the overpayment transfer, the excess balance in the categories is automatically transferred to the categories that the residents owe. 

• Incoming payment is closed by selecting the document and all uploaded files are viewed and managed from a single area. 

• With automatic bottom totals, the number of selected rows and the bottom totals of these lines are shown. After filtering the table, bottom totals for the selected rows are easily accessed. 

• Leaves of the personnel are tracked and all transactions are recorded. 

• Usage becomes personalized with the choice of light and dark themes. 

• A shipment with PTT barcode is being prepared. Thanks to the integration with PTT services, the status of shipments can be inquired instantly. 

• Pool values are recorded daily and shared with site residents via Apsiyon Mobile. 

• Items lost on the site are recorded and these items are given with a delivery form. 

• Thanks to WhatsApp integration, notifications are sent to site residents via WhatsApp. 

• Artificial intelligence-supported customer services are offered with Apsiyon Digital Assistant ADA. Residents get information about their sites from the ADA. They can report the requests they want to report to the management here and follow the status of their requests. 

• Mobile notifications are sent to site residents using Apsiyon Mobile. 

• The detail page containing the contents of the emails sent to all users is displayed.
