Candidates who want to obtain the Facility Manager Level 6 Vocational Qualification Certificate are subjected to the exams defined in the units. Candidates must be successful in the exams defined in the units in order to receive the professional qualification certificate. The validity period of qualification units is 2 years from the date of achievement of the unit. In order to obtain a qualification by combining qualification units, all units must remain valid.

Theoretical Exam Theoretical exams are conducted as multiple choice exams.

18UY0354-6/A1 In the theoretical exam of the Qualification Unit, candidates are given a written exam consisting of at least 18 questions with 5 options, each of which is worth equal points. In the exam, candidates are given 1.5 minutes for each question. The candidate who answers at least 70% of the questions correctly in the exam is considered successful.

18UY0354-6/A2 In the theoretical exam of the Qualification Unit, candidates are given a written exam consisting of at least 20 questions with 5 options, each of which is worth equal points. In the exam, candidates are given 1.5 minutes for each question. The candidate who answers at least 70% of the questions correctly in the exam is considered successful.

Performance-based exams are made in the form of case studies (case analysis) that include certain facts and data based on a real or theoretical situation and general information about the institution. Case Studies are designed to include the skills and competencies statements in the Skills and Competencies Checklist.

The candidate is given a certain amount of time, not less than 60 minutes per exam, for the preparation and presentation, taking into account the actual application conditions, according to the content of the case studies. The presentation time for each performance exam is at least 30 minutes. In order for the candidate to be successful in each performance exam, he/she must be successful in all of the critical steps defined for the relevant exam in the Skills and Competencies Checklist and should show at least 70% success in the overall exam.

Successful candidates from all units are entitled to receive a certificate. The Altın Mesleki Yeterlilik Merkezi uploads the candidates who have been successful in the exams and who are entitled to receive certificates to the MYK system. 18UY0354-6 - Facility Manager - Level 6 Vocational Qualification Certificates and identity cards are printed and sent to our institution by MYK.
