The Apsiyon Reservation System integrates with card and QR code access systems.
This allows entry during the reserved time slot; outside of that time, the system blocks access.

Residents can make online reservations for any common area they choose via Apsiyon.
Every reservation made via web or mobile is instantly processed into the system, along with start and end information.
The reader at the entrance of the facility automatically matches the reservation information.
When a card or QR code is scanned, the system checks the reservation period and determines the entry permission. If the reservation is valid, entry is granted; otherwise, entry is denied.
No manual control is required, and it does not create additional operational burden.
