Türkiye’s First PropTech Hub Opens at Ankara University with Apsiyon’s Support
One of the most significant developments in Türkiye’s real estate technology landscape has come to life with Apsiyon’s support and in collaboration with Ankara University.
Türkiye’s first Real Estate Technology Center, PropTech Hub, has officially opened at Ankara University, marking the beginning of a new era in the industry’s digital transformation journey.
Held on the same day, the workshop titled “The Transforming and Digitalizing Real Estate Industry: Türkiye’s PropTech Roadmap” brought together representatives from public institutions, the private sector, academia, and non-governmental organizations, making a valuable contribution to shaping Türkiye’s PropTech vision.
The opening program was attended by Dr. İsmail İlhan Hatipoğlu, Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance; Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, Rector of Ankara University; Banu Aslan, Director General of Professional Services at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change; Prof. Dr. Harun Tanrıvermiş, Head of the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University’s Faculty of Applied Sciences; and Kudret Türk, Co-Founder and CEO of Apsiyon.
In his speech, Apsiyon CEO Kudret Türk highlighted both Türkiye’s growing PropTech ecosystem and the importance of collaboration between academia and the industry:
