World Facility Management Day Program
The World Facility Management Day Program was organized on May 13, 2026, by Ankara University’s Department of Real Estate Development and Management, with the valued participation of Kudret Türk, Co-Founder and CEO of Apsiyon; Ozan Özen, Director of Apsiyon Academy and President of the Professional Facility Managers Association (PTYD); and Prof. Dr. Özgür Biyan, Academic Training Coordinator at Apsiyon Academy.
Official Opening of Türkiye’s First PropTech Hub
PropTech Hub, Türkiye’s first Real Estate Technology Center and the country’s first academic unit dedicated to this field, opened in December 2025 through a collaboration between Apsiyon and Ankara University. The center represents an important milestone in the digital transformation of the real estate and construction industries.
Industry Indices and PropTech Collaboration Meeting
The meeting, held at the Apsiyon R&D Center on July 31, 2025, marked the first step toward joint initiatives focused on industry indices, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
