- This campaign is organized by Apsiyon Bilişim Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (Apsiyon).
- The campaign is valid from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
- The campaign is open to all participants aged 18 and above.
- All participants who bring a new site or apartment to Apsiyon using their exclusive promotion code are eligible to receive a MetropolCard gift balance. After a contract is signed between the site or apartment applied for with this promo code and Apsiyon, the promo code owner becomes entitled to receive a gift balance, which will be determined based on the number of units in the apartment or site.
- At this point, the following conditions apply: the newly joined Apsiyon site/apartment must pay its first invoice; the referring person must register the Retail MetropolCard in the relevant section of Apsiyon; and the referring person must also approve the Balance Transfer Receipt.
- Participants who refer Apsiyon to new buildings/apartments will earn gift balance upon the collection of the first invoice from the referred building. The gift balance will be loaded onto the participant's Retail MetropolCard, which can be used at partner clothing stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
- To participate in the campaign and get the gift balance, you must be a MetropolCard member. If you are already a MetropolCard member, you can log in to your account via metropolcard.com or the MetropolCard mobile app. If you are not a member, you can apply at metropolcard.com
- To benefit from the campaign, follow these steps in order: Click the "Login" button on the homepage of apsiyon.com. If you don't have an account, click the "Sign Up" button to create one. Once you complete the account creation steps, log in to your account. Copy your "Promotional Code" on the "Refer & Get Rewards" page, and share it with the property managers you’d like to see join Apsiyon. Site and apartment managers who use the promo code you’ve shared will receive up to a 15% discount on their invoices for one year when they join Apsiyon. Meanwhile, you will earn up to 10,000 TL in rewards for each new site and apartment that becomes a member of Apsiyon with your promo code. When a site or apartment starts their Apsiyon membership using your promo code, you can easily view the reward balances you earn by visiting the "Refer & Get Rewards" page in your "Apsiyon User" page.
- When the apartment or site that becomes an Apsiyon customer pays its first invoice using your personalized promotion code, and when you (the referring person) register your Retail MetropolCard in the system and approve the Balance Transfer Receipt, the reward amount you’ve earned will be credited to your Retail MetropolCard balance. Additionally, the site or apartment you referred will enjoy using Apsiyon Software for one year with a discount of up to 15%.
- To enable the transfer of your gift balance, you must have a Retail MetropolCard. If you are already a MetropolCard member, you can log in to your account via metropolcard.com or the MetropolCard mobile application.
- If you are not a MetropolCard member, you can register via metropolcard.com by following these steps: Interactive Services > Retail > “I Want to Become a Retail MetropolCard Holder”.
- Everyone participating in the campaign can share their exclusive promotional code with as many sites and apartments as they want and recommend Apsiyon to them.
- Each promotion code is unique to the participant and contains no personal data.
- To benefit from the campaign, the referred building or apartment must not have previously used Apsiyon or its products.
- The gift balance to be loaded onto the MetropolCard is determined based on the number of flats in the referred building/apartment. The following amounts will be loaded onto the MetropolCard: 1,000 TL for 20-99 units, 2,500 TL for 100-199 units, 5,000 TL for 200-399 units, 7,500 TL for 400-799 units, 10,000 TL for 800 or more units.
- The maximum reward per a building or apartment is 10,000 TL.
- Building and apartment managers who join Apsiyon through the “Get Rewarded As You Recommend Campaign” are also eligible to participate in other Apsiyon campaigns.
- The “Get Rewarded as You Recommend” Campaign does not apply to Apsiyon add-on module purchases.
- Participants can spend up to the balance loaded onto their MetropolCard, which is valid at all partner merchants.
- Apsiyon reserves the right to cancel the campaign or change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the new terms will be announced on apsiyon.com.
