Apsiyon AI Week took place between June 15-19, 2026. Throughout this eventful week, we discussed how artificial intelligence is no longer just a tool, but a new way of working. In the online and in-person sessions held during the week, we explored how AI touches business processes, product development, facility management, and the daily work routines of teams from different perspectives.

As Apsiyon, we have been using artificial intelligence in our products since 2019 and continue to work toward offering our customers a faster, more efficient, and more predictable management experience. Now, with our new products, we aim to take this experience even further, increase the use of artificial intelligence in facility management, make managers’ work even easier, and support a new era in living space management.

15 June 2026: Apsiyon AI Week Opening Meeting

The first session of Apsiyon AI Week was held online with the participation of all Aareon companies. In the opening meeting titled “Shift Up! Driving Change Together”, we listened to Aareon Group CEO Hartmut Thomsen’s insights on AI transformation in Europe, new opportunities in the sector, and the change created by artificial intelligence under the Aareon umbrella.

This session was important in terms of positioning Apsiyon’s artificial intelligence journey not only as a local technology investment, but also as part of a broader ecosystem. As digitalization accelerates in real estate and facility management across Europe, artificial intelligence is becoming one of the key drivers of this transformation. Using data more meaningfully, making operations more predictable, and managing customer experience more proactively stand out as some of the strongest opportunities in the sector.

Artificial Intelligence Is Not a Competitor, but a New Colleague

On the same day, we held the session “Artificial Intelligence Is Not a Competitor, but a New Colleague!” with Apsiyon CEO Kudret Türk and the entire Apsiyon Team. In this session, Kudret Türk emphasized that artificial intelligence is not a threat that replaces people, but a new working companion that accelerates tasks, improves ways of thinking, and increases the capacity of teams.

This perspective was one of the core messages of Apsiyon AI Week: When used correctly, artificial intelligence enables teams to analyze faster, manage repetitive tasks more easily, and focus on more strategic topics. In a field such as facility management, which involves intensive communication, operations, and decision-making processes, this approach creates a significant productivity opportunity for managers.

Road to AI

In the “Road to AI” session led by Apsiyon After-Sales Services Director and COO Fatih Doğan, we discussed the fundamentals of automation, workflows, N8N automation examples, and AI-supported processes. Automation, one of the key steps on the road to artificial intelligence, was at the center of this session.

Because unlocking the potential of artificial intelligence is not only about using powerful models; it also depends on correctly designed processes.

Automation provides a strong starting point for reducing manual work, lowering error rates, speeding up processes, and enabling teams to focus on more strategic tasks. Considering payment tracking, communication, reporting, work orders, maintenance and repair, and operational processes in facility management, the time automation saves for managers is directly reflected in service quality.

16 June 2026: Agentic AI: Beyond the Hype

Led by Apsiyon Senior Product Development Specialist Faruk Yaylaz, the “Agentic AI: Beyond the Hype” session focused on understanding artificial intelligence beyond popular narratives. The session covered the development of AI to date, the working logic of large language models, token economy, AI terminology, psychology, examples from Aareon, general challenges, and ethics.

This session showed that artificial intelligence is not limited to an “ask a question, get an answer” experience. The transition from conversational AI to agentic workflows shows that artificial intelligence is moving toward a structure that can plan steps toward specific goals, follow processes, and become more actively involved in workflows. From a facility management perspective, this transformation means more concrete use cases in areas such as decision support, data analysis, resident communication, operational tracking, and reporting.

Apsiyon AI Products

On the same day, in the “Apsiyon AI Products” session led by Apsiyon Head of Data & AI Mert Güvençli, we discussed the value created by the use of artificial intelligence at Apsiyon since 2019 and introduced IRIS, Data Studio, Call Center, ADA, ASYA, and other Apsiyon AI developments. This session showed that Apsiyon’s AI vision does not remain at the idea stage, but evolves into productized, tested solutions that respond to real needs.

Apsiyon AI products support facility management processes across different areas such as data analysis, customer communication, digital assistants, decision support systems, and operational efficiency, while aiming to further strengthen this transformation.

For example, enabling a manager to access reports faster, reduce intensive communication workload with digital assistants, make data-driven decisions, or monitor operational processes more visibly are only some of the concrete contributions artificial intelligence brings to daily workflows.

17 June 2026: ApsiyonGPT and Prompting

In the “Introducing chatgpt.apsiyon.com / Context Engineering & Prompt Chaining” session led by Apsiyon Co-Founder and CTO Meriç Akdamar, ApsiyonGPT and effective AI usage were discussed. ApsiyonGPT is designed to support the daily workflows of the Apsiyon Team by bringing different AI models together in a single interface.

With Fast, Balanced, and Pro Thinking modes, different usage scenarios become possible depending on different needs. Choosing the right mode for a quick draft, a balanced analysis, or a task that requires deeper thinking increases the efficiency gained from artificial intelligence.

The session also covered the concepts of context engineering and prompt chaining. These concepts offer a new way of thinking to obtain more consistent, reliable, and high-quality outputs from artificial intelligence. In other words, the matter is not only about asking a good question; it is also about building the right context, structuring the steps, and improving the output in a controlled way.

AI-Assisted Product Development Lifecycle

On the same day, Faruk Yaylaz held the “AI-Assisted Product Development Lifecycle” session in person with the R&D Team. The session covered AI-PDLC, PRD-to-ADO pipeline, YAML acceptance criteria, agent & skill structure, and the changing workflow of the product owner.

As AI-assisted product development processes accelerate, writing requirements in an accurate, clear, and structured way becomes even more critical. The AI-PDLC approach helps teams produce requirements that are more traceable, more understandable, and processable by agents. This reduces ambiguity in the product development process while strengthening the common language between teams.

AI-Assisted Software Development Lifecycle

Following Faruk Yaylaz’s session, Apsiyon Software Manager Osman Topcu held the “AI-Assisted Software Development Lifecycle” session in person with the R&D Team. The AI-SDLC approach was discussed as the support of the entire software development process, from the idea stage to reaching the user, with artificial intelligence tools.

This approach provides an important foundation for faster, higher-quality, and more predictable software development processes. From code generation to testing, documentation to quality control steps, AI support can increase team productivity while enabling a more controlled development experience.

18 June 2026: Artificial Intelligence in Facility Management Live Broadcast

As part of Apsiyon AI Week, a live broadcast open to everyone was held on the Apsiyon YouTube channel on June 18, 2026. In this public live broadcast of the week, we discussed the present and future of artificial intelligence in facility management with Apsiyon Co-Founder and CPO Erkan Doğan, Apsiyon Co-Founder and CTO Meriç Akdamar, and Apsiyon Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Ersin Kazanç.

The broadcast particularly highlighted how artificial intelligence will reduce managers’ workload, support decision-making processes, and introduce new AI developments awaiting users at Apsiyon. Apsiyon’s AI vision, the transformation created by artificial intelligence in facility management, and new AI products were explained in detail.

This live broadcast was important in terms of sharing the awareness discussed throughout the week within Apsiyon with the wider sector. Because AI transformation concerns not only technology teams, but also site managers, professional management companies, residents, and the entire living space management ecosystem.
