Ankara University, Apsiyon and TEYFED Sign Strategic Cooperation Protocol to Advance the Industry
Ankara University, Apsiyon and the Federation of Facility Managers (TEYFED) have signed an important cooperation protocol.
Under the protocol, the parties will carry out joint initiatives in research, development, implementation, consultancy and education. The collaboration aims to develop innovative projects that will help shape the future of the industry.
Apsiyon, one of Türkiye’s leading technology companies in the facility management industry, has joined forces with Ankara University and TEYFED.
Signed on January 7, 2025, the cooperation protocol aims to develop training programs, research projects, practical applications and data analytics initiatives that will serve the industry and create long-term value.
The partnership also lays the foundation for jointly organized training and certification programs, meetings, panels and conferences, as well as academic research, projects and industry reports.
Its primary objective is to establish a collaborative platform that combines academic expertise, technological capabilities and industry knowledge to develop more effective and sustainable approaches to real estate and facility management.
The cooperation between Ankara University, Apsiyon and TEYFED will focus on the following areas:
Education and Certification
Ankara University, Apsiyon and TEYFED will jointly organize certified training programs, seminars and conferences.
These initiatives will help industry professionals and students expand their knowledge and expertise. Certification programs will support the development of qualified professionals needed by the industry, while practical experience will reinforce theoretical knowledge.
Database and Index Development
Industry benchmarks, including rental and residential dues indices, will be developed using data generated through Apsiyon’s facility and real estate management solutions.
The results of these studies will also be shared with TEYFED members to support the development of solutions that represent the industry as a whole.
The index studies aim to increase transparency and contribute to the establishment of reliable industry standards.

We Signed a Strategic Cooperation Protocol with Ankara University and TEYFED

Postgraduate students and academics at Ankara University will also be encouraged to conduct research and applied projects and prepare reports in line with the industry’s needs.
Studies conducted by undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ankara University’s Department of Real Estate Development and Management will be supported in areas including facility and resource management, real estate management, asset management, social and corporate responsibility, sustainable real estate and corporate real estate management.
