Turkish Handicap Association

Turkish Handicap Association, founded in 1960, is an organization that attends to the problems of, guides, and helps disabled individuals in many areas, chiefly employment. THA also works to address the basic needs of disabled individuals to the largest extend possible by means of several projects.

Collaborations have been initiated with a number of partners regarding Clothing Donation Boxes in 2018, and official request letters for the placement of these boxes were sent out especially to Municipalities and Community Association Managements. Cooperation is sought with other public institutions, as well as institutions and organizations in the private sector that show sensitivity and awareness for disabled individuals.
