Explicit Consent Statement of Prospective Employees

Apsiyon Bilişim Sis. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”) processes your certain personal data under your job application. A significant part of your personal data is being processed under the exceptions in the PDP Law. The obligation to inform in this regard is fulfilled by the Company. As your Personal Data listed below is not considered under Article 5/2 of the PDP Law, your explicit consent is required for the processing of the relevant Sensitive Personal Data and transfer the same to third persons when necessary. In accordance with Article 9 of the PDP Law, your explicit consent is required for personal data to be transferred abroad. However, in accordance with Article 9 of the PDP Law, personal data may be transferred abroad without obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject if one of the conditions set forth in Articles 5/2 or 6/3 is satisfied and sufficient protection is provided in the foreign country where the personal data is to be transferred, and in case of non-existence of an adequate level of protection, if the data controllers in Turkey and abroad commit, in writing, to provide an adequate level of protection and the permission of the Board exists. In this context, your sensitive personal data being processed by our Company and their intended uses are listed below:

Sensitive Personal Data:

Your health data (health reports for the recruitment, periodic health reports, resting reports, sick-leave reports, health data that must be processed related to occupational health and safety, health data contained in identity documents, blood type, health tests that we must collect according to your position in accordance with the legislation or other health data such as blood type).

Processing Purposes:

They are processed for the purposes of the implementation of workplace rules, execution of administrative and personnel affairs, ensuring workplace safety, making legal applications and notifications, fulfilling obligations, compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.

Transfer:

They are shared with the Company's subsidiaries; public institutions and organizations; persons from whom we receive services and consultancy such as e-mail provisioning service, cloud management storage service, database services, building management, payroll service, insurance company and travel organization company, by ensuring your data security and taking any necessary measures by our Company.

I hereby give explicit consent to Apsiyon Bilişim Sis. San. ve Tic. A.Ş to process my sensitive personal data that I shared due to my job application and to transfer the same to the third parties specified in this statement.
