All business processes of Apsiyon A.Ş. are carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Apsiyon A.Ş., a SaaS (Software as a Service) pioneer in Turkey, aims to develop products and services of different purposes and scales, which are easy to buy and use, for community association managers and residents and offer the highest level of security using smart and cutting-edge technologies, as well as to offer products and services qualities of which exceed the expectations of the clients and maintain a very high level of after-sale customer satisfaction. In line with these goals, the following policies have been adopted:

  • Documenting, filing, and continuously improving our management system to meet the requirements of the relevant standards (9001-14001 and 27001),
  • Finding ways to enhance the sold product by constantly collecting after-sales feedback from clients,
  • Assisting our customers in learning the use of new technologies,
  • Increasing the quality of our business processes to an internationally competitive level in accordance with the standards, legislation, and the principle of continuous improvement,
  • Encouraging innovative and creative approaches, organizing training sessions that will strengthen technical and behavioral competencies,
